Barbara Kemp

Ms. Barbara Jean Kemp, 67, of Hagerstown, died Monday night, August 13, 2018, at Hagerstown Healthcare Center.

Born May 31, 1951, in Hagerstown, she was a daughter of the late Edgar Charles and Mildred Virginia Boward Kemp.

Surviving are siblings, Connie L. Stouffer and Richard C. Kemp, Sr., both of Hagerstown; eight nieces and nephews, fourteen great nieces and great nephews, and eight great, great nieces and great, great nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings, Bonnie Louise and Douglas Oscar Kemp.

The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is handling the arrangments.  There will not be visiting at the funeral home.  A private service will be held at the convenience of the family in St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery, Leitersburg.
