Christopher James Tabler

Christopher James Tabler, 35, of Cumberland, sadly passed away on Friday, September 12, 2025, at the Hagerstown Health Care Center.

Born on February 12, 1990, in Wardensville, West Virginia, he was preceded in death by his mother, Linnia I. Miller. Along with his mother, Christopher was also preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Ronald and Patty Rummer Tabler, and his maternal grandparents, Irvin and Arbutus Miller.

He is survived by his father, David W. Tabler, and stepmother, Linda Swanger Tabler of Ridgeley, WV; his children, Aurora and Korbyn Tabler, along with their mother, Kristina Halcomb of Cumberland; numerous aunts and uncles, especially Joseph Migliore and Cory Miller; and several cousins.

Christopher was a skilled handyman, capable of fixing almost anything. He loved watching sports, with a particular passion for football. He was always rooting for his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins.

The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home in Hagerstown is helping the family with arrangements. Following Christopher's wishes, a private gathering will be held to celebrate his life after cremation. The time, date, and location are yet to be decided.
