Mrs. Norma Mae Neal Wellesley, 99, of Hagerstown, and formerly of Brooklyn, New York, died early Saturday morning, September 19, 2026, at Meritus Medical Center, Hagerstown.

Born October 15, 1926, in Mississippi, she was a daughter of Katie Neal.

Norma worked simultaneously for Coney Island Hospital, and the World Trade Center. She retired with forty years of service to each.

She was a member of Visitation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Roman Catholic Church, Red Hook, Brooklyn, New York.

Norma is survived by a daughter, Sheila Ann Wellesley and husband William Fields of Hagerstown; her grandchildren Jawn Garrett and wife Crystal of Reston, Virginia, and De'von Wellesley and Bianca Redmond and husband Kyelbraero, all of Hagerstown; as well as her great grandchildren Faith (Jawn) Garrett of Reston, Jawn'll Garrett of Manassas, VIrginia, Skylar Myers of Hagerstown, and Lissa Wellesley of Frederick; and great, great granddaughter Aria of Brooklyn.

The family will be celebrating Norma's life privately and at their convenience.
