Scott A. "Scotty" "Rudy" Dorman

Mr. Scott Allen Dorman, 31, of Hagerstown, and fondly known as "Scotty" or "Rudy" by some, died Wednesday morning, July 12, 2023, at his residence in Hagerstown.

Born May 22, 1992, in Hagerstown, he was a son of Mr. Gary Lee Dorman of Clear Spring, and the late Sandra Kay Mills.

Scott worked at Taco Bell Restaurant, Hagerstown.

In addition to his father, Scott is survived by his son Brison H. Haney of Hagerstown; fiance' Curtis Locklear, also of Hagerstown; step-mother Loretta Stottlemyer Dorman of Clear Spring; siblings Joseph, Michael, Brandon, and Chelsey Dorman, Ashley Stouffer, and Alicia Dorman: as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

Besides his mother, he is preceded by siblings Gary L. Jr., and Heather N. Dorman.

The Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown, is assisting the family with arrangements.  Services will be private and at the family's convenience.
