Robert Rowe

Mr. Robert LeRoy “Bobby”  Rowe, 68, formerly of Hagerstown, and currently a resident of Tampa, Florida, died Friday, April 6, 2018,

Born February 21, 1950, in Hagerstown, he was a son of the late Joseph Preston and Lillian Pearl Rider Rowe.  He was a 1966 graduate of South Hagerstown High School.

He was a member of St. Andrews United Methodist Church, Hagerstown.

Amongst his surviving relatives are his siblings, Dennis L. Rowe and Vickie A. Lookabaugh, both of Hagerstown, Kathryn Plum of Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, Deborah S. Tedrick of Maugansville, Sally L. Byrd of Tampa,  Penny J. Webster of Baltimore,  and Cindy M. Gillispie of Georgia; as well numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

His family greatly loves and will miss him.

Arrangement were handled by A Life Tribute Funeral Care of Tampa, Florida; and assisted locally by Andrew K. Coffman Funeral Home, Hagerstown.
